Client Service Programme
We work with a limited number of clients and our prime objective is to provide these clients with the highest levels of service available. Our client service programme will give you the peace of mind, security and confidence that will flow from the knowledge that your financial affairs are being regularly and professionally managed. Our initial client meeting, which would normally last from 30-40 minutes, is at our own cost. At this meeting we shall introduce ourselves, our firm, our standards and experience. We shall also explain how we are paid for the work we do and the service we provide. Most importantly this meeting also gives you the opportunity to tell us in general terms what you expect from us. The service programme is offered on three levels and the tables below explain what is on offer at each level. As matters currently stand we are not required to charge VAT on fees, but this could change in the future.
